T&C’s – Saints Foundation x Draper Tools Ultimate Tool Box Prize Draw

1 – Saints Foundation is the promoter of this prize draw at their registered office is at Britannia Rd, Southampton SO14 5FP

2 -The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, Scotland, and mainland Europe aged 18 years or over except employees or Draper Tools Saints Foundation.

3 -The entry fee is £5 per ticket. While we encourage you to contribute to the great cause we support, you can enter for free via post. There is no limit on the number of times you can enter for free. For one non-donation entry to the prize draw, please post your first name, last name, email address and phone number to:

4 -By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6 -Entries will open on Friday 22 December 2023 12:00pm and closes on Monday 22 January 2024 11:59pm, UK GMT. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The winners will be contacted no later than 31 January.

7 -The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8 -The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

9 - The prizes are as follows:

Prize 1

  • Signed toolbox made by Flynn Dowes and Joe Aribo
  • Signed mens team 23/24 shirt
  • Contents of tool box including – Ratchet spanner set, measuring tape, hammer, waterpump pliers, 24'' ruler, 36'' ruler, spirit level, floodlight and D20 combi drill

Prize 2

  • Signed toolbox made by Adam Armstrong and Will Smallbone
  • Signed mens team 23/24 shirt
  • Contents of tool box including - Hammer, mini flood light, measuring tape, spanner and 12v drill

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10 - Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Draper Tools and Saints Foundation.

11 - The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12 - The promoter will notify the winner directly to arrange delivery of the prize.

13 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

14 - The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15 - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Saints Foundation and not to any other party.

16- Draper Tools shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
