Open end set at 15°. Draper HI-TORQ® ratchet ring end offset at 15°. With forward/reverse direction changer on ring end - only 5° movement required to turn fastener, especially useful in confined spaces. Forged from chrome vanadium steel, hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout.
