Draper Tools is proud to offer a high standard of products, each rigorously tested by our in-house Quality Assurance team. We are so confident in the quality of our tools and products that we provide a generous LIFETIME warranty on all hand tools, as well as a 12 or 24-month warranty on most power tools. There is an option to extend this to 36 months on selected products.

All Handtools - (Lifetime Warranty)
Warranty covers faulty workmanship & materials and does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agents. (does not include consumable handtools **)
BUNKER® - (10 Years*)
If you have purchased a BUNKER product, then you are eligible for a 10 year extended warranty. You can now do this over at bunkerstorage.com/warranty.
Draper Expert Power Tools, Handheld and XP20 - (36 Months*)
24 month warranty extended to 36 months on registration. Warranty for parts & labour except where these have been hired out, when the warranty period is 90 days. This warranty does not cover consumable parts **, normal wear & tear, damage, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agent.
Draper Expert Evolution Trolley Jacks - (36 Months*)
12 month warranty extended to 36 months on registration. Warranty for parts & labour except where these have been hired out, when the warranty period is 90 days. This warranty does not cover any other consumable parts **, normal wear & tear,damage, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agent.
D20 Power Tools - (36 Months*)
24 month warranty extended to 36 months on registration (24 months on batteries). Warranty for parts & labour except where these have been hired out when the warranty period is 90 days. This warranty does not cover any other consumable parts **, normal wear & tear, damage, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agent.
Storm Force® Power Tools - (24 Months)
Warranty for parts & labour except where these have been hired out when the warranty period is 90 days. This warranty does not cover any other consumable parts **, normal wear & tear,damage, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agent.
Electric Pressure Washers, Corded and Cordless - (24 Months)

All Tools Hired to Third Parties - (3 Months)
Warranty for parts & labour. This warranty does not cover any other consumable parts **, normal wear & tear,damage, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by authorised Draper warranty repair agent.

**Please note, exclusions apply; consumables and accessories are not covered including (but not limited to) clothing and footwear, PPE, batteries, filters, drill bits, screwdriver bits, HEX, Ribe® & TX-Star® keys, Redline, abrasives and sanding accessories, welder torches, chucks and chuck guards, repair kits, hinged cases and castors/ wheels. Warranty covers parts and labour for faulty materials and workmanship, fair wear and tear is not covered. Torque wrench testing and re-calibration must be carried out on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

Hand-held Draper Expert® Power Tools, the XP20 range, D20 Power Tools and Evolution Trolley Jacks are eligible for a free extended warranty of 36 months covering both parts and labour. In all cases, to make a claim for faulty workmanship or materials within the standard warranty period, please return to or contact the place of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
